Through a personalised approach that combines learning, sport, activities and positive relationships, we help young people develop confidence, recognise their strengths and take positive steps towards their future.
As our provision continues to develop, we're looking for a dedicated individual to join our Darlington team.
A Role Built Around Relationships and Opportunity
Being an Alternative Provision Support Worker is about much more than helping young people complete activities or educational tasks.
It's about understanding the individual, recognising their starting point and providing the consistency and encouragement they need to progress.
You'll help deliver personalised learning experiences, support young people through different activities and work closely with colleagues, families and professionals to create a supportive environment.
We're looking for someone who is patient, approachable, enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about helping young people succeed.
You could be the person who encourages a young person to try something new, helps them overcome a challenge or celebrates an achievement that gives them the confidence to take their next step.
